Slow and ghosted for weeks, came back later with an offer after two full weeks. Company has limited funds and had to pause hiring more than once during the process. Highlights instability
SQL, Excel and Power Bi was the requirement; which definitely matched my current skills. Other items very not that much required. Be very much hands-on on the bookish stuff for Power BI and Tableau as well

HR and the hiring team were very warm and accommodating. They were very considerate of the fact that I was a fresh grad. The offer they gave was also fairly generous.

We went through all four rounds of the interview process, and they went with an internal candidate twice. The recruiter wasn't good at communication, and that affected the experience greatly. Also, the last interview felt like a decision had already been made, as the interviewer wasn't prepared for it.
