Deltek made the process very easy from start to finish, and a pleasure to interview for. I worked with a recruiter called Lisa who understood the role and I was interviewing for, and made sure she understood my skills and ambitions.
The process was remote and involved two stages, after each stage I got feedback and next steps from the recruiter.
Recruiting during Covid is different, and Deltek have adapted well. They make it easy to apply and keep you updated at all times.

Really well defined and structured process - Recruiter interview, Manager Interview, Peer Manager Interview and final interview with Leader. Clear expectations were set from the beginning around requirements, timing and process which was great.

Initial Interview with HR - roughly 20 minutes Panel Interview with team members - two team members lasted 2 hours Panel interview with managers - 3 interviewers, lasted 2 hours Manager was rude. Will always cut you off when speaking. Will always rush you when answering. Do not know how to respect the work experience of a candidate and disrespects interviewee if they do not like you. Egotistic manager, but the two team leads are nice.
There is the initial Interview with the recruiter then. Then there goes the Manager Interview. lastly, a panel Interview with future peers. It was all casual chatting. I guess because i gave them a comprehensive resume which lists down most of my past experiences
