We first had an overphone short call and then we arranged a video call interview with the HR of the design team. The interview lasted 45 minutes, and after that, they said that whether the answer was positive or negative, they were gonna contact me. Besides, I didn't get any answer.

Most concerningly, despite a design portfolio being a fundamental requirement for this role, my portfolio analytics confirmed exactly zero visits from Deloitte's network at any point during the process. Evaluating a design engineer without ever reviewing their design work demonstrates a severe disconnect between the Talent Acquisition team and the actual requirements of the technical departments. The process concluded with a generic, automated rejection email, highlighting a complete disregard for the time candidates invest in applying to the firm.
