Ho mandato la candidatura sul portale di Deloitte, sono stato contattato telefonicamente una settimana dopo per fissare un colloquio su Teams qualche giorno dopo. Sono stato ricontattato per alcune questioni burocratiche e al momento attendo una risposta.

Domande sul percorso di studi, sulle competenze maturate nel corso degli anni e giusto una domanda tecnica relativamente ai compiti che svolge una banca e da dove prende i fondi per erogare prestiti e finanziamenti

Entrevista
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
