The first was a one on one interview with the Line Manager. This went all right. I was then invited for the assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of a case study interview, a senior partner interview , a written exercise and a group exercise. The senior partner was the worst interviewer I have ever met in my life. The moment he looked at me, he rejected me (It is because I think I don't look my age). After that he didnot even try to conceal his feelings. Throughout the interview he pretended as if he was doing me a favour and was a complete snob. It is the most unprofessional bevahiour I have ever witnessed in any company till today. The feedback was that I did well in the other exercises but the the partner interview was not great. But I not at all unhappy that I didnot get the job. I would never work in such an unprofessional company like Deloitte. The typical questions asked were "why deloitte, what would your first project be competencies challenges for deloitte etc, "
