Entrevista
30 min behavioral int, 30 min case study int, 45 min client presentation int. Interview blitz day. Nerve wracking but doable, they want you to logically work through ideas and ask many questions.
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
