First of all, call with the recruiting team to determine which sector / division you would fit in. Then, business case day (only lasts half a day, 9 to 1 PM in my case) at HQ at a scheduled date.

Deloitte's process is relatively simple with no CV required to apply and the first couple steps being the straight forward application then psychometric tests. Then is the video and after the assessment center where the most focus is on the final interview as in my opinion is the only part of the assessment center you can properly prepare for. The interview questions asked in both these stages are very similar so try to come off as genuine and sincere as possible.

1. Contacted by deloitte's internal recruiter and established intiail conversations. 2. After sending my resume to them I had a phone screen with the recruiter. 3. After passing the phone screen I had an initial phone interview with a senior Actuary in one of their offices. 4. After that, they invited me for an in office interview with 5 of their staff ranging from consultant up to partner level. 5. Three days later I was made an offer where I was given one week to make a decision. I might be able to extend that deadline but I did not try.
