Entrevista
There were two rounds of interviews, both at the local office. Round one consisted of one 30min interview with an audit partner. Round 2 lasted 5 hours including two 30min interviews (with audit manager and audit director), office tour and presentations. The firm even took the candidates out to lunch.
Overall Deloitte wants to see if you are a competent person, capable of communicating effectively. Make sure you have plenty of good examples of working in teams and remember to ask relevant questions. Be confident and you'll do great! Good luck!

Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
