We had Aptitude Test, Technical Test, Versant Test, Technical Round and Managerial Round. This process might go on for a month if the company doesn't have an immediate requirement. And it's worth waiting, the 1st day you join you are provided a laptop and are welcomed to the company. Even the 2nd day you would have Induction program and lot of activities are conducted to keep yourself engaged in the session.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
