Applied online through my campus career site and was invited back to an on campus interview with one of their managers. There were friendly staff level employees there to help ease you in as well. The interview questions were very standard, but overall, it was very conversational and back-and-forth. I mentioned that I had an accounting internship, and they asked quite a few questions about that. Make sure you ask questions and show your interest in the firm too. Ended up being invited to the program where they squeezed in two more interviews. Also entirely conversational. They leave it up to you to ask the questions. At the end of the program, they extended early internship offers to some and the opportunity to bypass campus interviews for the following semester to others.

Applied online. Only a few people got an interview, and they are the people who went to the infosession and network with recruiters. Be sure to attend as many Deloitte campus events as possible because it really helps your chances. There are 2 rounds of interviews. First round is on campus. Second round is in office and a superday including breakfast to late lunch.
