Must answer questions using S.T.A.R. Interviewed via teams (however stated during Covid). Provides an interview prep sheet based on S.T.A.R so you can come prepared which is extremely helpful. Must pass background check and drug test. Usually 4-6 questions for the interview. They provide a full hour.
