      Entrevista

      The position was for Audi support team which is provided third party via Dell. I applied online maybe a month prior to receiving a call from a recruiter located at the Dell headquarter in Dallas, TX. She called to describe the position and if I was still interested, schedule a phone interview. We scheduled a phone interview (she was more than willing to reschedule to accommodate), which was your basic phone interview. From there she emailed a link to IQ, Skills, and personality tests. She let me know if I passed I'd receive a call to let me know so and also schedule an on location interview. I passed and was called by a local recruiter to schedule a interview. I was emailed information about the interview process and the company. The on location interview was a BEHAVIORAL INTERVIEW. Long story short, even after studying up (as much as you can for that type of interview) I bombed the interview. If you have any questions about something I'm sure I left out, just ask.

      online application and interview. interview with manager and three other team members of the department they were recruiting for. it was relatively easy and friendly. the interview did last for about half an hour or less
