I recently went through the interview process, and I must say it was quite impressive. The scheduling was seamless, and I found it easy to get in touch with the interviewers whenever I needed clarification or had any questions. They were not only timely in their responses but also very accommodating.
During the interviews, I encountered behavioral questions predominantly framed using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method. This format allowed me to showcase my experiences in a structured way, making it easier to communicate my qualifications. The interviewers were attentive and engaged, encouraging an open dialogue that made the experience feel collaborative rather than intimidating.
Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and organization displayed throughout the process. It was a well-executed interview that made a great impression on me!

Explain a time when you were given negative feedback and what was the result.
The interview process consisted of three separate interviews, the first one being with the recruiter. You advance to another interview depending on how each one goes. I liked having the "milestone" interviews, it helped me plan and prepare for the next one and built my excitement! I like that I was able to be myself in the interviews, professionally of course. The interviewers were all very personable and easy to connect with.
