The interview process was well organized, clear and the team communicated effectively. I was turned off by the team's arrogance and the overall sense that they were superior because they worked at Datadog. It was pretty shocking to me that it was consistent across all interviews.

Interview process was very long and in-depth. Required a presentation that took days to complete. Did an in-person meeting but the hiring manager didn't show so it was Zoom in office.

The initial approach was by email, then we proceeded to the zoom call. The decision was never communicated to the candidate. 6 months have gone by and not an email stating at least that they went for another candidate. No closure within the pipeline.
