Submitted my CV and Cover letter and then was invited to take an SHL maths and verbal reasoning test. Then told I was invited to an assessment centre. All of this was within a week so very quick. The AC consisted of 2 parts the morning and afternoon. About half of the people make it through to the second part. The morning consisted of taking another SHL maths and verbal reasoning test. I'd recommend doing practises in these tests if you're not very good. Then there was a little group work. This consisted of a little group discussion about Danone. This was quite simple maybe a bit awkward but still simple. Just know about Danones products and markets etc. The second part consisted of a competency interview that was around there CODE values. Lasted about 30 minutes I think. The second interview was a case study in the field you are applying too and a few questions on your case study. Then the interviewer just going through your CV and asking questions. Where do you see your self etc.
