Online interview during COVID. HR was very nice and pleasant to communicate with. Interviewed with HR and some managers from different departments who shared more about the jobscope. Didn't accept because I felt that the program was too short (12 months, 4 rotations - can't settle down in one department before moving on to the next). Pay offered was subpar, initially 2.8K but adjusted to 3K which was better. But overall, would be a good program for those interested in sales and working in aircon industry.
