Submitted resume and cover letter online through campus career services. Career services contacted me within the week and requested an on campus interview with DaVita. (All dates were posted on our career services webpage).

Pregunta 1
Two back to back interviews. First 30 minutes were behavioral with first level analyst and second 30 minutes was a case interview with a director. Both interviewers were extremely nice and welcoming. Case question was about the impact of the shortage of nurses on the industry. I was very unfamiliar with case interviews, but the interviewer was very pleasant and helped me out so it became more of a dialogue.
