First I had a test of the behavioural questions. There was a long list of behavioural questions. After I passed the test, I had a phone interview based on the behavioural question they were five questions in total.

Was casual and easy, there were not any difficult questions. The main purpose of the interview was more so informational and logistical. As long as there is a good fit it should be fine.
