I applied online. After several weeks, I was told via email that I should schedule the TECH Test to continue the application process. I took the TECH test, it was exactly like the prep test they linked in the email I was sent. I was called in for an in-person interview. The interview was the STAR format. I did the interview and received the offer the next day.

Tell us a time you dealt with a difficult customer. Why were they difficult and what did you do?

1. Direct email received in few days from the application for in person knowledge Test. details.
2. scheduled a telephonic call for job/expectation discussion.
3. on site Panel interview with hiring team for more in depth questions which were technical and behavioural.
not heard following that, no information received . . .

Entrevista
Never made it to the interview process. Was given the online team member battery test after applying online. Somehow failed. I've been in the workforce for some time. I've been an underling in a team, a team leader, and an independent worker. I usually work harder than others, and take pride in doing quality work, helping others to learn, and staying busy doing work instead of sitting around yacking with others during a majority of the day. So I am aware of what can make a good team and a good employee and how to work with others. But I guess not according to DTE... Oh well. Good luck to them.

Not the hardest but what I can remember: Your co-workers are sitting around chatting, and you have a lot of work to do before the end of the day. Do you A) ask everyone to help you B) tell your supervisor that you need some help C) do your best to get the work done?
