If you value your time , stay away!!!. Interview took almost 3 months and I had to decline it . Recruiter and hiring team were totally unorganized and very unprofessional. The benifts brochure starts with " opertunity is biggest benifit" , I should have read into it. Beacuse medical insurance is CDHP and you fund your own medical till out of pocket maximum . 401K doesn't vast 100%. Profit sharing is max 4k if any and goes to 401k account, no cash. No sign up bonus or stock. Base was also not that great. God knows why people take jobs there . Interview process started with taking GRE like Math and English test , seriously you want us to take this test and offer in return nothing? Who takes these test now a days for job interviews in tech sector?? Hiring manager interview , next was a grouup interview and last one is with one more interview . All virtual and went well. Their disorganized and unprofessional behavior is clearly visible in their recruiting process. I can't see a sensible person want to take this ride.
