Long, thorough and tedious. Had to complete 5 job assessments as well as going through 4 interviews. Took 4 months to get an offer.

Asks for a lot of travel - 3 days out of the week. Asks about info that is relevant to the job but not likely that most candidates with management or sales background have experience with. Still waiting for response. Salary has not yet been discussed.
