The hiring process is lengthy. My first contact with the company was with a talent acquisition specialist. The second step was an online test divided into 3 sections, Math, English and Internet Savvy. English is not my first language but because my mom has a master's degree in English, I am pretty fluent. However, the antonyms and synonyms used in the English section were not common words. I am not sure what they were trying to measure by those questions. I was pretty sure I would have failed the test since I ran out of time. Apparently I passed and went on to the next stage. An onsite test (Wonderlich and Watson Glasser) and in-person panel interview. The research I did on Wonderlich suggested to go through the easy questions first since there are 12 minutes for 50 questions. That equates to 14 seconds per question. Needless to say, I did not finish the test. Again, I was left wondering if the intent was speed over accuracy. That part was never explained. I believe my panel interview went well.
