Firstly, very seldom candidates receive a satisfaction after applying. Interview with HR and the hiring manager in a small room, making the candidate not knowing to where he or she should be looking. Weak interviewers, that do no know much about their own area.

En mi caso, el proceso de entrevista fue bastante normal y se desarrolló de manera sencilla. Primero me presentaron la empresa y el puesto, luego me hicieron preguntas sobre mi experiencia, mis habilidades y la manera en que podría aportar al equipo. También hubo algunas preguntas generales sobre mi formación y mi interés en el trabajo. La conversación fue cordial y directa, sin nada fuera de lo común, por lo que considero que fue una entrevista estándar.

Quick and detailed interview process. The processing time is pretty decent. It was a new experience for me. Interviewers are very sincere and nice too. There are around 3 rounds of interviews.

Very far office location and quite a probing interviewer. Felt like it was a cross examination on my intentions for applying. Nevertheless it was an easy conversation. Not a lot of technival questions
