Good casual phone interview. It went longer than planned but that was ok because it turned into just a conversation and not so many standard interview questions. Overall it was good and I heard back from them right after applying.

The first interview was a teams meeting, which is great as it saves everyone time if it’s not a fit off the bat. The interview was odd, very blunt and absolutely no small talk to get to know each other, but that’s fine, it just fosters a somewhat cold idea of the company culture. I then moved to an in person interview with three people, which was much more pleasant than the zoom interview, albeit much more technically heavy. Then, I was completely ghosted. No follow up, no rejection email. Completely rude after two interviews; I followed up and never received a response.
