Interview with HR person, do Code assignment, another phone interview this time with a developer, and then on-site interview doing 2 pair-programming sessions.

The phone interview with the developer had a couple of interesting questions, I wouldn't say they were difficult per se. They asked a few questions about the pair programming assignments we worked on together, but they weren't difficult besides the fact that the pair programming assignments were not well thought out.
