Curriculum Associates likes to run a fairly exhaustive interview process. Over 2 months I met with 6 different people for a total of 7 interviews. This began with a 30 minute screening interview with the individual that would be directly above the position, at which point that person rated me on a 0-4 scale. After that I had another 30 minute phone interview with the head of the department. At this point they flew me to MA to do a series of 4 interviews in one morning. These were with an executive, an account manager, and 2 others within the department. At this point I was offered the position and had a Skype interview with the CEO of the company (something all potential hires do.) While intensive it really made me recognize that they are trying to bring in the right people for not only the job, but also company culture. After a bit of negotiation I accepted a position with them.

The interview process took exactly one month from when I was first contacted to when I received my offer. I had one phone interview and then four subsequent Zoom interviews. I was constantly kept in the loop about the process and the next steps. Everyone I met with was genuinely interested in myself and my background as an educator.
