I had submitted my resume in the career fair in University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and got the campus interview within 2 weeks ( I believe there were about 30-40 people got that kind of interview). During the 45-min interview, I was asked by a technical recruiter about both behavior questions and technical questions. Since I was ill-prepared, I did not give him the best answers they were looking for...

Entrevista
I met recruiter at the career fair on campus. After their internal resume review, they reached back out to me and scheduled a teams call. After this call, they extended me an offer.

Entrevista
I visited the Cummins booth at my University's Career fair. They seemed quite positive about my resume. Spoke with them for a good half an hour.
Also got an opportunity to sit for the first round of interviews. It was a 1-1 interview and was mostly behavioral. Quite straightforward. However , unfortunately I got a rejection mail in a few days.
