Phone screen with HR, a couple phone interviews with different members of the team and then an on site with the team which took about 3 hours. One last phone interview after that. Everybody that I met was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed talking to all of them. The entire process took about 2 months and I was told that they were going to put my packet together for the hiring committee, but then suddenly my recruiter stopped responding to my texts/emails and have not heard from them since. Reading other reviews, this seems to have happened to others as well around the same time period. I can only assume they are going through some internal turmoil from a higher up or something because I believe my relationship with the recruiter was good enough to merit a "hey we went in another direction sorry" text/email or something of the sort. Regardless, I think my recruiter was put in a hard position that was out of his control so I definitely don't blame him, but unfortunately I will have to give this process a negative review.
