TL;DR;
After a lengthy and time intensive interview process, and a verbal offer, they strung me along for weeks without issuing a formal written offer because they were secretly considering another candidate for the position after offering it to me. They were disrespectful of my time and non-transparent around the status of my offer, making it difficult to evaluate, or even set time lines for other offers that I was considering. Proceed with caution, and don't take them at their word.

Large focus on Data Structures and Algorithms. They love recursive solutions.
I passed all the interviews and was extended an offer. In-house recruiter applied pressure for a quick decision, and then became unresponsive to follow up emails and phone calls. On the occasion that I was able to get a response, I was told the delay was due to upper management being away and that the recruiter didn't want to touch base until they were able to get in touch with them, and that a formal written offer would be extended 'tomorrow' once they returned. After another a follow up, I was promised a deadline, which was missed, and had to reach out to another recruiter to get any attention. At this time I learned that the whole time they had been stringing me along because they were interviewing other candidates and had already filled the position.
