Recruiter contacted me and she was impressed with my resume. She told me she will get back to me with more information but she never replied back. Ghosting in these companies is common place.

I had to ask the recruiter whether they sponsor my visa and in return they indicated that they will only sponsor technical roles. This may have changed in the meantime though.
