30-minute phone call relating to background and position requirements. Not the friendliest interviewer in the world. I wish they asked more creative questions; the lack of which leaves me assuming I wasn't a qualified candidate from the beginning (HR needed to hit interview goal)

First you will meet with a person to see if you are a good candidate. Then, second round of interviews will be a board of people asking questions about you resume and your ability to work around issues.
