I was initially contacted by the HR representative to check if I was interested in joining Criteo, and then appointed a phone call meeting with me. The first meeting is easy, just checking your profile and whether it matches the job. Then the second meeting takes place with the manager, where it goes onto more technical questions, trying to assess your future performance in the team. Then last meeting consist of presenting a case study to a manager and director where they behave as though they were clients to whom i had to present the performance of theirCriteo campaign. The last meeting was mostly made to see how you’d react to pressure. Overall very happy with the whole process. Everything was as transparent as it gets, the hr rep was extremely supportive.
