4 steps interview process: initial phone call by recruiter (general motivation for the position, experience, high-level knowledge of Criteo), online test, phone interview with manager, on-site pitch (presentation, objection handling, deeper knowledge of Criteo). The recruiters were very helpful and always gave me immediate update and feedback after each step. If you do your homework and prepare well for each stage it´s absolutely doable. Really good opportunity also for the candidate to get to know the product/company/people better.

What main characteristics should a Sales professional have?

The process was very slow, this could be due to the fact that it was in the summer period. First you get contacted by the recruiter, then a quick interview/sales pitch with the sales manager and then a face to face interview.

3 stages interview + online test. Interviews included role plays which in a great way allows to understand better the product itself and the challenges you're about to face joining the team.

Do you prefer to work with huge clients or small ones?
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Criteo (Barcelona) en nov 2016

The process has 4 stages:
1. Initial 45- min chat with HR, very friendly, it's an exploratory call to gauge your motivation, background and general industry knowledge (Doesn't goo too deep into that). This becomes your main contact during the rest of the process.
2. Computer test with 8 questions regarding day-to-day concepts in online marketing (CPC, CPM, Incremental revenue, etc)
3. Phone interview with hiring manager, role-play. 45-min
4. In-office role play presentation where 3 managers play the role of a client and you need to prepare a slideshow and pitch Criteo to them, answering questions and negotiating a starting price.
They're constantly asking for your feedback before giving you theirs, and checking how good are you at taking and assimilating feedback in order not to repeat the same mistake twice.
They are of course demanding but very respectful and work alongside you rather than against you. The recruiter who was your first contact is always available to answer any questions you may have and provide you with support. (Thank you, you know who you are!). I suggest you make good use of this.
