Phone interview with Crestron Recruiting, followed by in person interview with hiring manager, and phone interview with his boss. Position as been vacant for a while and they were keen to fill.
Be prepared to sign a very strict non-compete/ non-solicit before going to work. Also be aware that the company DOES NOT offer any benefits for the 1st 3 months. You won't find this in the offer, and they do their best to hide it from you. Only if you specifically ask when benefits begin may you be told.
