The interview It was very intimidating and inpersonal. Sadly I Did not make it to round 2 where I could show my worth. They prioritize internal candidates opposed to new talent.

Name a difficult situation you had to overcome and what was the outcome.
The interview process was smooth and it's a great pleasure working with the recruiter throughout the process. After I applied online, the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled interviews in a timely fashion. All interview steps and requirements were clearly communicated. The whole interview process I went through was professional and well organized.
