Friendly sit down interview in the restaurant.
Store manager very friendly and I felt very comfortable.
We went over my resume and she asked when I was available to start working and what shifts I preferred.
She explained what the job entailed and what would be expected of me.
She briefly went into the benefits and the fact that I could get pay raises and employee store discounts.
Then she told me to wait a week until my background check was completed and cleared.
I called back a few times to see what was happening.
Then she told me two weeks later that I had the job and to come in.

The interview was a Quick process, asked availability and talked about experience that was relatable. Got a call a few days later to set up a time to start orientation.

They called me in for an interview where we sat at a restaurant table and talked. It was my first real job and she was very nice and helpful when i was nervous.

It was a very easy, simple process. None of the questions were too out of the ordinary and the interviewer was very kind and comfortable to talk to. I received an email about 30 minutes after my interview stating I'd gotten the job and linking to the forms I needed to fill out.
