It took the hospital three months to ever call me back with any information about my application. I would call about every three months to find out the status of my application and nothing would ever come out of it so I eventually took another job. About two months into this job I recieved a call from the hosptail to come in for an interview. After the interview two more weeks went by and then I was called and a job offer was made and I scheduled a date to do a physical with employee health which was really simple.
