The interview process was super smooth. Everyone was friendly and had asked valuable questions that related well to the job itself. There was 4 interviews in total which led to a process to about three-four weeks.

After submitting the application, HR reached out for a video interview after two to three weeks. HR introduced the company and the role in detail. It lasted for 20-30 minutes.

I brought a portfolio along, but my interviewer didn't spend much time reviewing it. He was more interested in my experience, and what I wanted from a career in advertising. I had filled in a sheet with basic questions when I first came into the Cossette office, and we spent time reviewing my answers.
