Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Cornerstone Research en oct 2011
Entrevista
The interview consisted of two 30-minute interviews. Each interviewer first asked some general questions, and then gave me one specific case. One case is on litigation, the other case is about valuation of a PE firm.
There were two separate rounds of interviews. The second of which included several scenarios based on past cases where they asked how you would approach the situations. It seemed like they were mostly looking to get a sense of your thought process.
Interviews for the analyst role occur over two rounds. The first round is two case interviews, the second round has more case interviews and a behavioral interview. These are not management consulting cases, and instead are focused on placing the candidate in specific challenges we faced when working through an economic consulting case. As a result the cases tend to be more guided with multiple questions and answers throughout rather than just an initial set up.

Tell me about a time you had to lead a team. How did you handle any challenges that arose, and how did you learn from the situation?
Two 45-minute interviews. First 25 minutes are about job market paper and the rest is case interview. There are two sample cases on the website and the cases in the interviews are similar.
