Very straightforward. You schedule an assessment in the office and if you are a good fit, you move on to the interview where the management will let you know when the next training session is.

You are greeted at the door and then sign in on a sheet, the 'interview' takes places on the floor where everyone is typing. I wasn't really asked questions about myself or ones that you would expect in an interview. I was just asked questions that pertained to the info that was sent out beforehand, seemed like I was being quizzed on it.
