Talked with a representative at the college career fair, was offered an interview on spot. Interview was 45 minutes long, and very thorough with respect to your work experiences. Interviewer was not very personable, difficult interview overall. Got a rejection 2 months after the interview, but it was expected, as some friends were invited to dinner 1-2 weeks after interview.

I applied through LinkedIn, received a call from HR 2 weeks later to come in for an interview. It was around 45 mins of behavioural based questions/scenarios. HR personal and supervising engineerings were very nice and receptive.

I submitted my resume to ConocoPhillips through a career fair at our university, and received an interview for the company about a week later. The interview took about half an hour, and they asked questions typical of a behavioral interview. My interviewer was very friendly and kind.
