I had a really positive interview experience. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, with a few well-structured interviews. Everyone I spoke to took time to explain things properly and made sure expectations and next steps were fully understood.

They asked whether I had everything needed to work effectively in a remote position, including a suitable workspace, reliable internet, and the right setup to feel comfortable and supported while working from home.
The interview was done by my team lead. Good conversation who we ate how we work why we do things a particular way. No HR questions such as do you smoke and how you see yourself in 5 years. Outstanding guy!

Asked about past work experiences, how I expect to use the experience if were hired. Was informed about the nature of BPO, what’s expected from the job. Feels like the interviewer was speaking more than me. Overall friendly and casual interview
