I was contacted by a recruiter who asked me some basic questions. I explained why I'd be a good fit for the job based on my experience. She said she'd get back to me but never did.

What a horrible experience! The Hiring Manager was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. First off, she was wearing a beanie hat - not professional at all! Then she was very rude with the questions she was asking. She asked me about my children, I said they had care. We moved on and she continued to be rude and then she said "I just want to make sure you understand how much concentration this job takes. You can't have kids around". My reply was "I'm fully aware how much concentration it takes as I have over 10 years in the field". I had to end the interview because I was in disbelief how rude she was being to me. Here's a couple tips for you: • Train your Hiring Manager on how to be professional and dress appropriately - that turned me off immediately and she didn't even open her mouth to talk yet. If not, I'd think about getting a new Hiring Manager • ALWAYS remember that us as candidates are interviewing you just as much as you are interviewing us. I would never ever accept an offer from this company after my experience.
