I filled out an application online and in two hours!!!I was contacted by a recruiter. He asked me a few basic questions... Would I be ok with these hours and salary. I am comfortable trouble shooting basic protocols. I was sent an assessment with simulated calls and a host of personality type questions. I passed and was set up for interview in one week. 2 interviewers... one asked me 4 technical questions, the other asked me 2-3 customer service questions. I missed two of the technical questions but that was ok. They liked my answers and I was offered a position that day.
