I was scheduled for a 30 minute interview. After a whole lot of preparation for the interview, researching the company and spending a considerable amount of time preparing. The interview was suddenly cancelled half an hour before. Received an email simply stating: "We have filled this role. I have cancelled our interview for this afternoon". I find it rather disrespectful, as my time and effort are equally important. Not a thank you for my time. Not an I am sorry for such a short notice. Manners do matter! It says a lot about the culture of the company and not in a positive way.

The interview was easy to set up. HR was great at communicating expectations. Ultimately the job was not offered and more in depth feedback would have been appreciated. They weren’t very forthcoming about salary range either.
