Apptitude test, 2 rounds of interview. One initial and one by manager. They will give around 1 hour for test and interview will consume around half.hours each. We dont have to wait for offer declearation, they five the offer mostly in the final interview and also negotiate for the salary at that time itself.

It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day

Fairly easy process and the people within the company are very nice. Multiple rounds of phone calls and Zoom call with the office. The team just wants to make sure you are a good fit
