Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Coforge (Melbourne) en oct 2024
Entrevista
I was approached by a Coforge recruiter on LinkedIn for an Angular Frontend Developer role. Initially asked if I would be available for a technical round on a Saturday, but later scheduled to a weekday based on my availability.
I was interviewed by the manager of the team this position was for. On the day of the interview, the recruiter and interviewer joined the call and I was told that the interview would start about 10 minutes late as the interviewer also had his daily standup scheduled at the same time. The interviewer had his camera turned off during the entire zoom meeting. It felt a bit odd having only my camera turned on for the interview. stackblitz.com was used as the platform for writing Angular code. Interview questions were quiet basic and easy.
I did not receive any response from the recruiter after 2 days and had to get in touch with the recruiter's manager to be told that the feedback from the interview was not positive. I was then asked if I would like to relocate to another city, which did not make much sense. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and a bit unprofessional with the way that the interview process and feedback was handled.

Technical rounds as other companies do, I mean virtually but interviewers are like, they are keen in rejecting candidates instead of testing thier skills, overall my experience is worst with coforge
