Submitted application and got a call back within a few hours requesting a phone screen. Did the phone screen and was sent a performance assessment the next day. Submitted that, then was called in for a one-on-one meeting two days later. Moved to a panel interview 2 days after, they asked for references and then I was given an offer after. From application to offer in about a week.
