I had a positive experience during the interview conversations. The interviewers were engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the role and the team. However, communication throughout the hiring process could have been more consistent. There were delays and missed timelines without updates, and the process ultimately did not conclude with a clear final decision or follow-up. While I value the time spent interviewing and the insights I gained, more timely communication and clearer expectations would improve the overall candidate experience. This was an in person interview in which I spoke to 3 directors about my fit at the company and experience. Each person had around a 30 minute interview. There would normally be four, leading to a 2hour interview, however, one member was out of the office.
