First was a 30 minute behavioral interview with someone from HR, very friendly and asking to tell about a time you had conflict or learned something new, questions like that. Next were two case studies very similar to the ones online (30 mins each) and last was an interview with someone higher up discussing your scientific background - what work you have done in science and your interests. All very friendly

Great. It was easy, no tricky questions. The case was like the one from their website. Behavioral round was good too. Haven't heard back after round 1 though. The case was a market sizing case
